Beautifully foamy / creamy with notes of pear. Excellent minerality with a subtle sweetness. Pairing with sushi and very happy with this. — 6 months ago

Love this orange. Roasted apples and oranges, honey, tarragon, briney citrus rind. Just barely effervescent. — 4 years ago

Fruit and minerals, nice and fizzy on the palate to give it lightness even though there is some body, and tart cherry flavors with the lingering minerals. — a year ago
Première expérience avec Meinklang, petit fizz en bouche, abricots, pêche, miel mais sans trop de sucrosite. Belle fraicheur, ca se boit seul. Plus un vin de patio que de journee de tempête disons! — 4 years ago

From my favorite Austrian organic and biodynamic happy farm, Meinklang, Tag is complex and nuanced, from old vines - stands out without the need to shout. At only 10.5% ABV, she has dark honeyed notes and a silver skinned green pepper lining. Chorus of candied orange peel, jasmine buds, and lychee syrup.
