I rated this pleasant Italian Barbera on value as well as overall quality. Delicious, full plummy fruit is complimented by a brilliant balance of tannin and acid. I also love the hint of toasty oak and a finish of fresh cherry. Quite the package for a wine at or below $15. Makes me want to go to Italy!
