Will be fantastic with some time. Baby Chablis that develops cotton to its mineral.

Solid California-style Chardonnay featuring vanilla and oak. Nothing wrong with it but not remarkable either.

Hard to find a Napa Chardonnay I like better than this for the money. So good every year. Buy a case. Good acid, bright fruit, excellent.

Smooth, creamy, with no oak taste, hint of lemon and grapefruit, light enough to drink on its own, strong enough to pair with charcoal-flavored vegetables and meat.

2021. Young and super crisp. Paired great with a crab cake with endive salad and poached lobster with shaved fennel and fingerling potatoes.

Recently released and it shows. Very bright, steely (0 malo) and reductive. Needs some time to figure out who it’s going to be when it grows up, but a nice wine none the less. It took previous vintages another 6-9 months to really start showing…
