All the key ingredients & harmonious- sweet, grainy tannins, wonderful lift. Just a friendly, accessible beaut,underscored by that my homeboy brought this back from Tuscany first hand.

Built around a core of true tannins, still covering the sweet and perfumed fruit underneath. Give it another 3-5 years and it will shine brightly.

From taste: some vinyl on nose, smoke, baking spices, sour cherry and orange rind. Sappy palate, a tad rough though in tannin structure (stems?), fine concentration and acidity. Quite hot and disjointed on the finish. Quite closed, give it 5 years time. $74.

Intense aromas of fruits, red orange juice, ligth hints of sweet tabacco. Elegant.
