Medium Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit, currants and complex spices. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blueberry flavors, with licorice, dried fruit notes, oak, earthy pepper spices and cola tones. Fine dusty tannins with lively acidity, long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy notes. Will age well.

Ruby with aromas of black cherry, violet, plum, and a bit of mushroom. On the bud, it’s rich and velvety with cherry, strawberry, and stewed fruit flavors. Medium finish.

Feb 23rd, 2026Well, I’m a bit mixed on this one. Upon opening and drinking half the bottle we thought it was a bit grapey. Put it in the fridge for a couple of days and it definitely seems better than the first night. Aromas of red fruits, earthy, and spices. On the bud, it has a nice finish with red cherry, currants, and a spice note.

This wine is medium ruby. On the nose it has medium intensity of youthful aromas. Aromas include primary notes of candied black cherry, cherry cola, raspberry, rhubarb, also violet, and black licorice; it offers prominent secondary aromas of vanilla, nutmeg, and clove. It’s a dry wine with medium(+) acidity, a medium body(+), high alcohol, medium tannins, and medium(+) intensity in flavors consistent with the nose. This wine has a medium(+) finish.
This is a powerhouse of a Pinot Noir. It’s intense. It’s delicious. I believe it is capable of being consumed now with pleasure, but has the structure to age. With age I imagine it will soften and grow interesting tertiary characteristics.

On the palate, sweet cherry, sweet berries and sweet florals. Mouth watering acidity.m, blackberry and a long silky finish with dark chocolate. Full bodied and velvety.
