This was sooooo good, even though I am somewhat biased towards Martinborough. It is holding together beautifully while still showing nice development and secondary characteristics - it just went down so easily!!!

Great vintage, under screwcap which is no doubt helping this wine retain its freshness. Beautiful forest fruits, Chinese 5 spice and subtle earth. Lovely weight to this wine. So easy to drink, with many rewards

2000 this has paced out the years with dignity dried raspberries and muted sherbet with wonder duster autumn flowers and a wiff of forest floor funk, grand worth a wait
