I'm afraid this wine is not for me. Decent acidity, but the plummy fruit is too ripe for my taste. Big body.

For some reason I expected this 2011 to be much more rustic. This wine is clean, modern, polished, with bright red fruit. A tasty quaffer. Curious to see how it changes in the next hour, if it lasts that long. #popandpour

What a drop off from the 2022 vintage. The tannins is a little too tight. And never opened up. Hopefully a couple of years would help. The 2022 was great and I have high hopes for this one. But it is just not ready to drink.
