Vintage 2016 - shy smell, little nose with only hints of flowers. Citrus in taste, minerals, razorsharp wine. Fine with rissotto porcini. 20% vinified in amphora, 30% in tanks with grape skins, 50% in tanks. Good effort. The #vermentino vines come from Corsica. #tuscany
