Beautiful texture, elegant, silky, still solid structure. So freaking pretty.

Jun 20th, 2021Vintage 1955 - we had a great vertical tasting ot this #piemonte #nebbioli wine , Thanks to Eric. This 1955 was absolutely awesome to me: spicy cake, caramel, apple syrup. Velvet taste, good concentration and excellent balance. A marvelous experience to taste history. / eg all tasted blind. #blindtasting
