Fresh acidity and minerality but a fatty fruit character bursts in like a cowboy into a saloon. Starts out like Chablis but goes honey, apricot, and some decent acidity. I prefer Chablis character but this is a nice expression as well.

Costco, low $20’s. Jill really liked it, definitely will buy again. Smooth and a little silky and buttery but not too much.
