Sharp and crystalline. Very mineral with intense, coiled white fruit, lime and steel. Good stuff potentially but probably way too young to be drinking this. Not familiar with this GC, but based on this early peek, interesting stuff with everything you need to make a great wine when it unfurls.

Feb 19th, 2018Between Preuses and Vaudésir, it's grand cru though evidently not recognized as such. It's a monopole from Long-Depaquit but owned by Bichot. This bottle is mature but holding, still with decent acidity and good focus. Fruit is pretty, soft citrus, a little bit of chalk and minerals. Good, not great.
