Bold cranberry and currant with mild hints of abuse and mint. Soft yet grippy with tight little tannins that cling to your tongue like a melody from the past. Needs time so you can hear the orchestra, but will delicious today. Pair with meatballs and Mikes Davis.

Jan 16th, 2022Decanted for an hour. More aging may do it good.
Big plum, blackberry and a hint of olive. The longer it stayed in the glass, the more complex, peppery and light it became.
