Wowza. Treixadura, Albariño, Torrontés and Lado from steep granite hillsides. Luis makes his Escolma wines only on optimal vintages, and this sees 1st and 2nd use French barrels for a year, plus 3 more in bottle before release. Incredibly layered, lemon pith, pear skins, wet rocks and bright acidity. This is Spanish Meursault for lack of better comparison.
