Pale golden yellow color persistent tiny stream of bubbles and appealing spicy quince, earthy, pear, baguette and a hint of honey aromas. On the palate it shows a vibrant acidity, and a soft creamy mousse with golden raspberry, pear, and a hint of tangerine flavors with a nice minerality. The lingering finish brings to mind tangerine Alka Seltzer.

Produced from 50% barrel fermented Chardonnay and 50% stainless steel, skin-contact fermented Pinot Noir from organic estate vineyard in the Aube

The wine pours a brilliant pale golden-yellow color with a spectacular bead of compact streamers. It show white peach, yellow apple, lemon cream, brioche, and a bit of hazelnut aromas. On the palate it’s dry, medium-bodied and expressive with a delicate mousse and ripening (mostly ripe, but with bits of tart under ripeness) peach, white peach, golden raspberry flavors with very energetic lemony acidity and an appealing chalky minerality. 2009 Vintage

This champs is amazing! It reminded me of eating a brioche with apples on top. Layers of tart apple with this yeasty butter flavor but not too over powering. Very well balanced with great acid. Great vintage champagne! Tack Brenda!

Great complexity and palate roundness. Great price, drinks better than some 75$ champagne.

Pretty average stuff, not at all bad but lacked depth and complexity. Kept waiting for something to emerge but it didn't.

Super year in Champagne for both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The 2008 Brison (a 50-50 split of both varietals) is showing streamlined acidity and a lush nose.

The brightness of the great 2008 vintage as well as the depth are here in this subtly toasty, exquisitely balanced Champagne. A real wower!
