Blend of 42% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 22% Meunier, Pale lemon with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of golden apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and citrus character. Outstanding!

Much better than anticipated… very light lemon yellow… very tight, small bubbles. Clean, crisp green/yellow fruited fruit notes. Light, lively … “fun” is the overriding response with leftover chocolate cake snd long, slow, soulful homemade chili— a Jan 2 tradition.

42/36/22 Ch/PN/PM with 45% reserve wines and 55% 2017 vintage.
Fresh, clean citrus fruit, ripe green apples, with fresh sourdough bread notes adding complexity. There’s also a hint of salt & chalk. Fresh!
Fine mousse on the palate, tiny, v. persistent bubbles, a rich Chardonnay influenced palate with apple pie & shortbread but also a hint of red berries. Good structure too.
