Tried several times when younger, now 9-years. Aged for about 10 months in French oak (50% new), medium toasted. Warm gold with complex aromas of dried fruit, toasty/nutty notes and sweet candied spice. On the palate flavors of dried apricot, ripe apple and pear with nutty notes, oaky spice and Sherry-like tones. Long finish, ending with fruit, oak, spice and nutty character. Absolutely delicious to taste this Burgundy with some age. In its own class!

Aged for about 10 months in French oak (50% new), medium toasted. Pale lemon with complex aromas of fruit, crisp toast and sweet spice. On the palate plenty of fruit, mango and apple with some citrus and nutty notes, fresh and delicious with mineral tones on the lingering finish. Very Nice, put a bottle in the cellar for a few years! Tasting Sample!

Gunflint mentality. Crisp but weighty. Gorgeous acidity that rings through the pallette. Powerful. Slight butterscotch honey caramelized core. Finish lasts for quite a while.

Again, perfectly elegant and yet lacking, thin. Faint greenish hue belies. J says more rounded than her whites but not sure I could tell the difference.
