Aged for about 8 months in stainless steel. Consistent quality. Light yellow with nose of bright fruit and subtle spice. On the palate, crisp apple and yeasty mineral tones with a very light touch of citrus. Nice acidity and balance ending with lemon notes. Very Enjoyable, nice value! Tasting Sample!

Not bad. Not as good as our preferred French white. Would drink it, but may not buy it again - given it costs more than Feuvre or Sancerre.

Fruity smell, smells very refreshing. Pretty sweet, very refreshing to drink. Very miniscule tingles on the tip of the tongue. Doesn't carry to back. No tannins, a little sharp at the back of the throat. Not super complex, but good to drink as a white. kind of minerally aftertaste. Goes well with Cypress Grove, Humboldt fog cheese (delicate, creamy, slightly sharp at rind)

Wonderful wine, tasting of apricots. Slightly powerful but very drinkable and smells like champagne. Very well balanced.
