Aged for about 12 months in French oak (35% new). Deep Ruby with rich warm aromas of ripe red fruit and sweet spice. On the palate, refined flavors of cherry and raspberry, with sweet vanilla, oak and pepper. Elegant tannins on a long lingering finish with a generous mineral notes on the ending. Very Nice, save a few for the cellar! Tasting Sample!

Second wine this weekend; not the best vintage, but its Corton GC, so lets see if it can still deliver. Clear, watery, light-brown rusty-red color; forest dark fruit but still with some sweeter red, hint of something akin to licking an old horse saddle with with a piece of candy in my mouth (not that I ever did, but just imagine!); light and elegant with high acid, fine thin tannins, and some of the farm aromas lingering in an otherwise flat overall mouth-feel and finish. Thus, even if there is a hint of excellence this bottle failed to deliver. Too old? Really bad vintage or bottle? Who knows. I'll enjoy the rest of it anyway with italian charcuteries and Rachmaninov's second symphony. Cheers!

Think '03 was too hot for great red #Burgundy? This wine has acidity, finesse & vibrancy. Fills the palate with grace.

2007 vintage. Still fresh but well balanced. I’d classify as gorgeous

红色水果🍒🍓 ,红色的花
香草、甜美香辛料、一点点木质味
水果香气和橡木桶香气很好的平衡,结构好,回味长
