On this Thursday evening I have decided to open the 2018 Louis Jadot Cóte de Beaune-Villages.

On the nose there is strawberry, cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, baking spice, mushroom and earth.

On the palate there is cherry, raspberry, hibiscus, clove, mushrooms, minerality, a touch of oak and earth.

This wine is medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel with medium + acidity with fine tannins and a long red fruit earthy finish. We are on the precipice of another weekend and enjoying our time off with family and friends. Please enjoy your time of and please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

v20. Very good! Fresh, peppery, fresh crushed grape nose. Jammy, dark, black cherry fruit. Bright, slightly tart, mocha finish. Enjoyable!

Meh. Nothing memorable. $25 makes it a mediocre value.

Beautiful perfumed nose with earthy notes, spices and dark berries. Lots of acidity and some dry tannins. This can be kept a few years longer.
