Nose has toffee, lemon zest, yellow apple peel, muddled lemon and orange blossom.
Palate has vanilla, fresh yellow apple, lemon candy, steely notes, sliced almonds with medium acidity and finish.
Drinking very youthful today (April 2022), but for science! Hold until 2026+, enjoy through 2032; Decanted 2H.
