This Dave Phinney creation from New Zealand shows a light gold color in the glass and a grassy nose with peach aromas, but not full-blown Kiwi herbal. The palate also offers peaches, apples and herbs. The nice acidity doesn't exactly zip, but gets the job done. There's an herbal finish. The wine should go great with salmon and salads.

First time seeing this in store & can't find a thing online or Dave's website. NZ-6. Ultra grass, grapefruit skin, lime. Clean, refreshing, & very light.

Clean aromatics of cut grass, gooseberry, and honeydew. Palate is quite creamy in texture, with light intensity of tropical fruits, average acid, and highly refreshing.

Slightly disappointed in this NZ #sauvignonblanc - light, creamy but also a bit flabby as it could use some acid punch and more grassy and tropical perfume.
