Very mineral, green, herbal. Nice. So ripe. That kills me. Too ripe. But balanced.

So lovely, bright and crisp but floral and elegant. Was a great pairing with Thai food tonight after a long day on the mountain.

Blanc de noirs can be unremarkable. This one maintains the verdant notes of Cab Franc and has a lively acidity. 😎

Combines ripe pit fruit with ripping acidity and slight herbaceous and citrus notes. About 2x too expensive but an interesting experiment. At least it comes with a hipster old-timey label :)

A lot to love about this wine. Just a hint of barrel does a lot for this unique style

Very into this one. Bright malic acid tang, bruised apple depth, and an interesting little edge of, like, quinine bitterness. Reminds me of altesse/Roussette de Savoie. Complex, cool stuff.
