So lovely, bright and crisp but floral and elegant. Was a great pairing with Thai food tonight after a long day on the mountain.

Combines ripe pit fruit with ripping acidity and slight herbaceous and citrus notes. About 2x too expensive but an interesting experiment. At least it comes with a hipster old-timey label :)

Very into this one. Bright malic acid tang, bruised apple depth, and an interesting little edge of, like, quinine bitterness. Reminds me of altesse/Roussette de Savoie. Complex, cool stuff.
