I’ve been awful at keeping tracking of what we’ve been drinking during COVID times...because it’s mostly been beer. ANYWAY, I’ll be better.
This is better than beer. To start, it’s barely barely pink. Completely gorgeous. It opens with the most incredible lighting acidity that resolves to pretty notes like rose water and a little astringent stemminess that is lovely. Get it if you can find it! — 4 years ago

Astringent and dark on the nose when fresh from bottle. Plum and cherry and pepper on the palate. As it mellows, oak flavors mellow and flavor gets more complicated. A little acid to Leah. — 2 years ago
Really good savory Champaign. Dry, but not too harsh. Leah liked. — 2 years ago

Rich, dried apricot, spices, definitely get the earthy notes from barrel fermentation. — 2 months ago
