This Syrah-Grenache (50/50) totally took off after 2 hours. Deep, round, structured, spicy but equally fruity. A lot to say!

@Ira Schwartz hi Ira! Totally forgot to add any info :-) well this is a tiny production in the Piedmont Cevenol. The winemaker started “garage style” more than a decade but for himself and started commercially only in 2017. This was 2017. He is making very little so not an easy find but if ever you stop by NYC, I would love to share and taste (assuming I still have some ;-)).
