Single Vineyard Monterey County Joseph's Blend

More medium than I expected. The obvious notes we got were Mexican chocolate but with a peppery kick and a leather finish. Could use a few more years in the cellar.

Drank at Camp with papa’s smoked venison haunch. Balances good dark fruit and earthiness. Good pairing with the food. Also good after.

This is amazing. So glad we let it rest for a bit.

Dry, medium-bodied red. Super balanced and versatile. Would overpower lighter fish flavors, but any chicken > pork > beef pairing would land with aplomb.

Big red fruit, raspberry, cherry, cranberry, strawberry, along with blackberries, currant, plum, and cinnamon. Medium tannins, high alcohol, high acid, and long finish. Big, bold, and fruit forward.

Fantastic bottle, paired well with Grilled Pork Loin & Chili Sauce…. Many complex flavors… the Grenache pulled off the greatness

Solid body but not overpowering. Great on day 2

Huge fruit, blackberry, cranberry, dark cherry, cola, black tea, cinnamon, caramel, rhubarb, and molasses. High alcohol, high acid, medium plus tannins, and a long finish. Like drinking a fruit roll up. A bit on the hot side, though.

Must give much for time for opening. Quite delicious. Wimpy finish, delicate. Flower power.
