Holy guacamole!!!! This is maremma!!!! We were drinking really good Santa Barbara Pinot and honestly it would be really hard to go back to California wines after drinking this. Impeccable balance, finesse and elegance

Big and earthy with a distinct green pepper aroma that reminded me of early WA Cab Franc. Even a bit of jalapeño pepper on the palate. Decanting helped smooth out the rough edges.

Au nez c’est discret, un peu de verdure mais assez muet, première lampée, c’est rêche et vert, je retiens mon souffle, avec la passage en carafe le nez s’ouvre un peu toujours vert et terreux mais on sent que ca se dégourdit. En bouche c’est bon, cerise griotte, épices, mache, l’acidité est bien présente, je reconnais le style de Paleo que j’aime bien.
