Tonight I have opened the Langlois Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé Langlois-Château. This wine is made up of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Pinot Noir two grapes I just adore.
The nose has strawberry, raspberry, cherry, Necco Wafers candy, herbs and wet gravel.
On the palate is strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant and a nice crushed limestone minerality.
The wine has a beautiful pink-salmon color and is medium bodied with a pleasingly smooth creaminess mouthfeel and medium + acidity that moves seamlessly into a refreshingly long crisp finish. Welcome to the weekend, please be safe and stay healthy. Nostrovia! 🍾🍾🍾🍾
