La Stella
LaStellina Okanagan Valley Rosé

Most of the acidity has fallen off. If you have this vintage, drink it now.

A rosé made from Sangiovese in western Canada's Okanagan Valley. Lovely with deft softness and a clean finish.
Made using the Saignee method from grapes that were picked earlier than usual in a 2014 vintage that was rather Mediterranean.

Another great BC rosé that reminds me of the rosés of Provence. Made in small batches, it has tons of flavour and the minerality distinct to the Okanagan region. Pairs well with spicy food and strong cheese. Notes of cherry and other dark fruit with a slight hint of spice.

2018 blend of Cab Franc, Merlot & Sangiovese. Balanced, strawberry forward. Nice acidity. Good value.

I must admit, I'm generally skeptical on Rose, but opening this on a gorgeous patio day in Vancity.... Im loving it.

Cracked open this Lastellina Rosato after dinner last night. Full of berries, sweetness balanced by acidity.

Very berry...strawberry. It's slightly flavourful without having the berry notes overpower. It's the Ben from Growing Pains of wines.
