Round 2! Light for a Barolo, still tight, but great acid and tannic grip. Brighter red fruit and earthy notes dominate. :)

Hadn’t opened one of these since late 2019. Super. Refined, smooth almost dusty, violets, light light tar, soft cherry, integrated tannins into a nice finish.

2019 vintage. Very dry, dusty and lacking fruit or balance currently. Needs about two days open or 12-15 years to come around. Ain't got that kinda time. 3.27.24.

Quite bright ruby red , white garnet rim . Sweet cherry , floral, cedar , very fruit forward . On the palate quite fruit forward again with nice cherry and strawberry , with spiced orange peel . Sweet but quite noticeable tannin , ok acidity . Ok length , enjoyable now and over the next 10 years or so .
