ナチュラルで少し熟成感の出た果実味とみずみずしい果実味が同居する。
クリアな果実味に樽っぽいほのかな甘い香りやビターさも感じるが、窮屈さはなく、上品さも併せ持つ。
酸は優しく、タンニンはキレイ。
押して引いてが上手な駆け引き上手ワイン。

2011, made with low yielding Sangiovese (90%), and Canaio (5%) and Colorino (5%). Grown on friable shale and limestone in High Altitude Vineyards (1,640 Ft, ASL) fermented using indigenous yeast, aged for 18 months in large oak Casks and 12 months in bottle.
