My first CdP white. 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 7% Bourboulenc, 3% Clairette. I don’t even know those last two grapes. But this is a tasty, unusual white blend. Floral and ripe banana nose. Delicate palate of yellow apple, minerals and a light citrus bitterness. Low acid. Refined and subtle. Very soft texture. Medium-long finish. Very good.

If this so young already showing too old nuances is what white C9 is about then it is not made for me. When I compare this with Priorat white garmaxas I know what too chose.
Luckily it all about taste....
