Not my favorite Chablis from this vineyard. A bit overworked for my taste. Lacking the clean bite I want. Not bad but missed expectations.

Killer acidity, bright and crisp. Wet stone, white flowers, green apple and chalk. All the usual suspects. Light creaminess on the palate. Delightful.

Give it some time but it’s already telling the future. It’s got that stony smoky smell that is gonna meld well into the apple blossom backdrop. A bit austere in youth but still damn tasty.
