No off-notes, but lacking in complexity. Very basic Chablis compared to offerings from Simmonet and Bichot for the same price ($20). Light acidity, hints of green apple and citrus. Paired with herbed shrimp pasta and asparagus.

Just an average Chablis but not bad wine, nose offers more complexity compare to its mainly mineral taste with lemon eucalyptus blend. Medium length of roasted almonds finish, overall good balance and for sure refreshing light (although its medium body) mineral with nice refreshing sour taste.
