A very different Sauv Blanc from Baja California, Mexico than what I’m used to. This is a little on the sweeter side but perfect for a Cinco de Mayo starter. @Delectable Wine this is the Sauvignon Blanc thanks!

Medium ruby in color; black cherries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like blueberries, black tea, and wet slate with a long finish. This wine started out very reductive. It smells like matches. After sitting in the fridge overnight and an hour decant, it greatly improved.

Very mediocre. Thin & One dimensional. Had with al pastor, pretty boring on its own as well though.

My very first fun Mexican wine - this raisin and baked apple taste goes well with grilled lamb and sausages.

The nose is about stewed prunes and raisins. Baked apples and black pepper add to the arrival. Nutmed, table salt and cinnamon on the development and some grapefruit and more prunes on the finish. It's an OK wine, works well with some burger and chips.
