Apricot and honey. Incredibly broad, rich texture with acid to cut through it. Length a little short, but really enjoyable profile.

On the nose, apricot, white pepper, honeycomb, golden raisins, and maple. On the palate, honey, citrus, M+ acid and minerality. Fantastic balance!
