Royal Ann Block Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir

The 2021 Pinot Noir Maresh Vineyard Royal Ann Block is wonderfully spicy and expressive, with hints of blood orange and mint complementing dried strawberries. Silky and round with juicy acidity and vividly ripe wild berries, this takes on a tactile mineral tinge toward the close. It finishes long yet energetic, forcing the mouth to water as hints of raspberry and inner rose fade. Purity exemplified. What a gorgeous interpretation of Royal Ann Block. Sour cherry candy. Strawberries. Juicy. 💦 Really good and way better than the Maresh Liminal bottling.

Slick wine with a surprise sip. Starts super lean, fruit forward… hits light tannins on the back end. Beautiful wine.

Amazed how open this was after 30 mins of air. Just a beautiful Oregon Pinot.

Ethereal, delicate #dundeehills #pinotnoir - Dried strawberry, raspberry plus wild cherry nose with faint sous bois. Sour cherry acidity up front in mouth, medium light body and rapid finish. Satisfying but I question the QPR. Great food wine though.
