Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

A blend from (57%) Estate fruit, and a sizable portion (18%) Mes Filles Vineyard. Medium Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral and complex spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of raspberry, plum and currants with pepper, tea, herbs, cinnamon and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, ripe fruit and warm woody tones. Very Nice!

Two of the most important things in a wine, for me, are: 1). Balance. 2). Complexity. In that order. Done and done. Amazing with and without food.

Great bang for the buck. Dark brooding, layered fruit with good intensity.

Very young, but can already taste the tremendous depth of flavor. Very dark ruby color, lots of raspberry on the taste with a medium/long finish
