If sailing on a clear day with a mist of sea spray hitting your face could be bottled, this would be it. Super crisp, abundant fine bubbles with hints of #salinity and leesy goodness on the nose & palate, it's one joyous #sparkling.

Nice Loire Valley sparking to kick off our early dinner out. Slightly oxidative in style. Bruised apple & pear, overripe pineapple, blended citrus notes, ginger ale, touch of quince, bread, nice acidity and a decent finish.
