Really fun. Baked apple/pear, citrus, floral and great acid. Sushi pairing doing some justice.

Nice Loire Valley sparking to kick off our early dinner out. Slightly oxidative in style. Bruised apple & pear, overripe pineapple, blended citrus notes, ginger ale, touch of quince, bread, nice acidity and a decent finish.
