Nov 13th, 2022Oaky Chardonnay from the Drouhin estate’s vineyards in the Côte de Beaune and some declassified wine from Beaune 1er cru Clos des Mouches. Aged in French oak for 12 months. Pale gold color. Scents of apple, lemon curd, brioche and vanilla. Full-bodied, round, balanced. Quite elegant
