Chablis Chardonnay

Lemon curd, stone fruit, flint, wet stone. A bit rounder then I would like from Chablis but still really nice.

Lemon curd, fresh flowers, lime zest, fresh herbs, slate and nice acid. Great with the sunset at a lake in Wisconsin.

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and floral. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value!

Key lime pie, great acid, tart/unripe green apple.oyster shells, briny(almost dirty martini), bone dry , candied lemon and a medium long finish. Great value at $26.

Although there is a distinct saline quality, there is also something not typical about this Chablis-- it's rich, viscous texture reminiscent of barrel ageing (?). Regardless, the wine is utterly delicious.

Deep gold color. Aromas of lemon, stone fruit, honey and orange blossoms. Lemon, peach, apricot, lime zest and flint on the palate- fantastic Chardonnay!

$19 for a glass in August 2024. An excellent burgundy, well worth the price!! cleaner and dryer than the Sancerre.
