Although there is a distinct saline quality, there is also something not typical about this Chablis-- it's rich, viscous texture reminiscent of barrel ageing (?). Regardless, the wine is utterly delicious.

Very clean, fresh and (agreed with previous posters) minimal fruit until the end. This one went down waaaay too easily for me on a late-spring weekend...:-/ But I'll buy it again (and proceed more cautiously.) 2015 vintage (in early June 2017).

I agree with previous comments about this wine. Saline and dry stone minerality dominate at first. There's also a hint of fresh cut oak. The fruit only comes in later, with green apple, melon and citrus. The lemony acidity makes it a good match for the right foods. I had it with spaghetti and lots of aromatics, and clams steamed in the selfsame wine. Delicious. This wine gives a Chablis experience at a very reasonable price. It's in Costco these days,

Acidity cut nicely through a very garlicky pasta dish.

Excellent, citrus and a touch of briny. Full mouth feel that can turn flabby if it isn't cool enough.
