Chablis Chardonnay

Dependably pretty

I’ve gone spelunking in a mineral quarry; it’s huge, bold and beautiful. Definitely more masculine. The tingling acidity keeps it fresh. Lemons and orange peel dominate the palate. The chalky finish keeps going and going.

Mineral, lots of fresh citrus notes and very nicely..

Rich, very much on the mineral / yeasty / savory side.

Vintage 2014 / beautiful minerals in smell, pure taste. Paired with Tsa Sieuw and Nasi Kundu.

Citrus, minor tropical fruit/melon

Orchard fruit, lemon, petrichor. Crisp and fresh - juicy acidity.

Man this is good. Great vintage, great wine. Worth buying multiples, this is great now and will develop nicely. Well balanced, typical Chablis character and good richness for a Chablis level.
