Aug 6th, 2019Nice golden color, slightly oxidative qualities. Drinking older than its 13 years. Rich mouthfeel without being too weighty. Nice minerality. Good oak, but maybe 20-25% new oak. Served with fresh flame-grilled razor clams in an olive oil, crushed red pepper, sea salt and lemon preparation: near perfect pairing!
