On the palate flavors of pear and peach flavors with lemon citrus zest and grassy notes on a balanced structure with lively fresh acidity. The finish was pleasant, medium+ in length, ending with fruit, herb citrus and mineral notes.

Fragrant, crisp, and refreshing. I love the way the Auxerrois terroir plays out in the Sauvignon grape. The brothy earthiness seems to tame the grassy thing, and play up the lemon- lime. Not deep, but totally gulpable. Glou-glou, as those way cooler than I would say.
