Oct 18th, 2016Very light yellow in color; nose is dominated by mineral, smokiness, and wet stones; no oak no aromatics; only hints of light citrus fruits; refreshing and well made, very high acids, a bit of green notes, medium alcohol and a long acid and lemon dominated finish.

Nose: earth, vase de Riviere, fromage, herbs, sage. Mouth: very high acidity and unriped fruits, Granny Smith apples, not so interesting in mouth, pleasant but un complex, leaves mouth feeling clean.
