I think this is my last 2014 Chablis from any producer. Sorry to see them go. What a year! This one does not show any hint of decline. Classic Chablis nose of chalky crushed seashells, chicken broth, lemon oil, a teensy bit of crisp apple. Intense but zingy and light-footed in the mouth. Such clean chalky minerality. Great acidity. Lovely wine.

Tart apple and lemon lines, honeysuckle, and minerality bust thru the nose. Bone dry, great acid, chalk/mineral heavy..has a long finish but feels a little bitter for me. A classic Chablis though. Very nice.

Nose: citrus, minerality, chalk, oak, honeysuckle Mouth: very balanced between acidity and body, nice minerality, lacks a little complexity, simple, not great but good

Golden white, clear, medium+ viscosity on the eye. Nose is strong with sweet burnt bread, white flowers, tart apples and pears. Palette sees medium+ acid, oak, minerality, golden apples, long finish. Paired very well with home made paella!
