This was a 100% last minute rockstar pull. The prior edge Hill definitely disappointed but this came through with flying colors! Such richness, opulence and integration. My first exposure to this Chardonnay and I must say it was pretty special. Viscosity and breadth, lots of texture and mouthfeel. Runs to the precipice of too much and then reels it in perfectly. Baked apple, hazelnut and river rock.

Incredible gold color with sweet oak notes on the nose. Tropical fruits especially pineapple and pomegranate. Really fantastic aftertaste that lingers for a full minute. Incredible California Chardonnay!!!

2014. Prototypical Cali chard bomb. And I more or less mean that in a good way. Thick. Oaky. Great fruit. Viscous. Almost too much at times.
