Pale gold, lemon grass, grapefruit on the nose, dry, crisp acidity, plump rich citrus with bags of luscious spicy minerality. This wine honours Stich, one of the founders with his wife Jo of Jackson Estate and a Marlborough pioneer.

Pale golden. Color of sunshine on leaves at dusk. Aroma is citrus and pears. Slight wet rocks in the rain or mist from the garden hose in there too. Flavors are Granny Smith apples and lim-on. Has crispness and something like sucking on an apricot pit. Has plenty of grassy, wet leaf stuff too. Pretty choice NZSB.

Very NZ SavB but different to mainstream at the same time. Lots of citrus fruits (no red fruits). Sharpish...meant to be paired with tuna steak / swordfish which makes sense - not the easiest to drink on its own.
