Really big fan of this right now. Light & smooth with a tart apple finish. More of a summer wine, but great with a light lunch or dinner.

Wonderful nose to this one. Almost like a smoky pear. On the sip, it was sweet, almost like an apple cider. Late autumn is an accurate name for the flavors you get. Got an apple with maybe some citrus. Maybe some apricot. Little too sweet for me but the crowd I was with really enjoyed it.

Still slumming it at the Marriott in YYZ with plastic-cups. Lots of ripe apple notes on the nose and palate. Hints of stone fruit, lime and minerals. Smooth, good acidity, somewhat apple juice looking in colour and character. Off-dry, paired well with spicy Asian noodles. 8.9/10
