Made from Garganega, pale lemon yellow color with aromas of tropical fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with nutty notes and lively acidity. Smooth finish ending with fruit and mineral notes.

100% Garganega. Light golden color. Quite mineral driven on both the nose and palate. Additional aromas and flavors of white flowers, almonds, green apple and lemon/lime. The fruit is secondary. It is all about the tertiary notes. Medium bodied with nice texture and mouthfeel. Crisp acidity. Good palate cleanser.

Very consistent thru vintages, they make a bunch of red & white wines: this is their entry level Soave: a lot going on, apples, lemons, mineral & saline, veered toward SB then back to Chablis. Decent palate, more austere, juicy, bit angular on to decent finish. Def a food wine
