The wine was opened on Monday, but still very fresh. Nice mix of ripe yellow fruit mixed with a slightly grapefruit component, hint of exotic & honey and this typical slate touch on the nose. Zingy acidity, not 100% dry but the sugar gives this wine more depth. Good length.
